Bachelor of Laws
To be eligible to apply for the LLB (4 year course), applicants
must be at least 25 years of age on 31 January 2004 and have
not undertaken any study at University. Applicants must sit
the Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT). Refer to the
UAC Guide for information on how to register for the STAT.
Selected applicants will then be invited to sit the Australian
Law Schools Entry Test (ALSET). For enquiries about the ALSET,

To qualify for the award of the degree of Bachelor of Laws
a candidate who is enrolled in the LLB (4-year course) must
complete, satisfactorily and independently, each of (a) and
(b) as follows:
(a) all compulsory
Law subjects;
(b) elective subjects
to the value of 64 credit points from the LLB Schedule.
To be eligible for the award of Honours, candidates must
complete either LLB313
or LLB314
from the list of electives.
Note: LLB
396 Advanced Legal Skills is a pre-requisite for entry
to the Practical Legal Training Course at this University
