Bachelor of Laws
To be eligible to apply for the LLB (3 year course), applicants
must hold a Bachelor's degree from an approved university.
Applications for the LLB (3 year course) will be assessed
on academic performance.
To qualify for the award of the degree of Bachelor of Laws
a candidate who is enrolled in the LLB (3 year course) must
complete, satisfactorily and independently, each of (a) and
(b) as follows:
(a) all compulsory Law subjects;
(b) elective subjects to the
value of 32 credit points.
To be eligible for the award of Honours, candidates must
complete either LLB313
or LLB314
from the elective schedule.
