Master of Digital Multimedia
Introduction
Production units that write multimedia software for media creation
and presentation via the web, videos, education, computer games
or interactive DVDs require employees that have appropriate creative
and technical skills. This degree is designed to provide IT graduates
with the opportunity to develop skills in both these areas through
training in multimedia programming and creation, and in the use
of professional multimedia tools.
Entry Requirements
A three-year undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian
university or equivalent institution, with a major in computer science,
information technology, business information systems, computer,
electrical or telecommunications engineering or related area, with
at least a 65% grade average; or a Master of Computer Studies degree,
or equivalent.
Program of Study
This one year degree (or part-time equivalent) requires satisfactory
completion of at least 48 credit points as follows:
