Master of Health Informatics
Introduction
Health services in Australia, as in most countries, are experiencing
a surge of interest and investment in e-health. This degree is designed
to equip IT and Health professionals with an understanding of the
health sector, and the application of relevant systems, in order
to take on key roles in successful strategy development and health
systems projects.
Entry Requirements
A three-year bachelor degree from a recognised Australian university
or equivalent institution, with a major in information technology,
computer science, health sciences or any other relevant discipline
approved by the Course Coordinators.
Program of Study
This one year degree (or part-time equivalent) requires satisfactory
completion of at least 48 credit points as follows:
