Bachelor of Laws
A candidate who wishes to undertake the award of the degree
of Bachelor of Laws (4 year course) must be at least 25 years
old at the date of first enrolment and registration for the
course.
To qualify for the award of the degree of Bachelor of Laws
a candidate who is not enrolled in a double degree course
must complete, satisfactorily and independently, each of (a)
and (b) as follows:
(a) all compulsory
Law subjects;
(b) elective
subjects to the value of 64 credit points.
To be eligible for the award of Honours, candidates must complete either
LLB313
or LLB314
from the list of electives.
