Bachelor of Internet Science and Technology

The Bachelor of Internet Science and Technology (BInternet) course has four major study areas:

A. Internet Technology
B. Internet Applications
C. Internet Commerce
D. Internet Science

COURSE REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for the award of the degree of Bachelor of Internet Science and Technology, candidates must:

  • satisfactorily complete at least 144 credit points of subjects prescribed in one of the majors listed below
  • undertake no more than 60 credit points at 100-level
  • undertake at least 36 credit points at 300-level

SEQUENCE OF SUBJECTS

The programs listed below are guidelines as to how best to proceed through the course. Subjects can be undertaken in a different order, however all subjects must be successfully completed to be awarded the degree.

Each strand has some additional compulsory subjects as well as electives. The following subject is highly recommended for those students who satisfy the prerequisite (completion of second year of BIST with WAM > 70).
