Honours Master Of Arts By Research

This course is open to applicants with a degree with Honours Class II or equivalent. Applicants who do not possess such a degree may be permitted to demonstrate capacity for research by first completing a Special Research Paper in Law and should contact the Faculty of Law's Postgraduate Co-ordinator. The requirement of the degree is the satisfactory completion of a thesis to the value of 48 credit points (LAW998 Major Thesis) in accordance with Attachment C to the Course Rules.
