The Academic Registrar is responsible for the effective and efficient management of all Student and Academic administrative matters and associated systems. The major units of the ARD are:
Catriona is the assistant to the Secretary of the University Council; the Vice-Principal (Administration). She is the executive officer of the Administration Committee and the Ceremonial and Honorary Awards Committee. In addition Catriona provides high level advice to key stakeholders throughout the University. She works part time, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Pete Randles
Pete is the Executive Officer of the Audit Management and Review Committee. Pete supports the Senior Manager, Corporate Governance. He works part time, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

As Senior Manager of the Policy and Governance Unit, Dominic oversees the function and responsibilities of the Unit. All team members of the Policy & Governance Unit provide Executive Officer support to Committees and manage UOW publications, policies, projects and also have a faculty/unit liaison role.
Leonie Kirchmajer
Leonie is responsible for Course Management Coordination, Course Approvals, Course Handbook, and other Course related rules and policy development.
Fiona is responsible for producing the Annual Report, and provides support to the Unit in policy analysis, committee management and other Unit projects.
Nerida is the Executive Officer of the Academic Senate and Senate Standing Committee, and provides support for course approvals and Elections. She works part time, Mondays to Thursdays.
Chris is the Executive Officer of the Faculty Education Committee Chairs committee and Student Awards Committee. He is also editor of the Communique Newsletter and provides support to the Unit in policy analysis, committee management and other Unit projects.
