How to lodge a complaint - students
At UOW, we genuinely want to hear from you!
If you wish to lodge a complaint relating to Academic matters please visit the Student Complaint/Grievances page and complete the appropriate form.
If you have general feedback (suggestions, praise, concerns) that you wish to simply tell us about, you can submit it via Student Feedback.
For all other formal complaints please complete the Student Complaint form below.
The Complaints Management Centre will:
- review your complaint
- refer your complaint to the functional area that will manage your complaint
- be in contact with you within 2 working days.
The information that you provide us with, will be treated confidentially and will only be used for the purpose of responding/dealing with your complaint.
It may be necessary to provide the information to relevant areas for the purpose of investigation.
The information will not be disclosed to any person who does not have a legitimate need to know about it.
Any reference to unlawful acts or serious safety concerns will be dealt with in accordance with appropriate/relevant legislation.
Terms and conditions:
When lodging your complaint you must agree to the following:
- Use respectful language when describing your complaint - language should not be aggressive, insulting or threatening.
- Information about your complaint is a true and accurate record of the events.
