Choosing the right residence to live in is an important part of your university experience. There are a range of options to choose from including flexi catered, fully catered and self catered. All of the residences are managed by experienced Student Residence Managers who take an active interest in students’ well being.
Catered Accommodation

Residents purchase their meals via a pre paid debit card. The dining room is open 7 days a week and you only pay for what you eat - available at:

Shared cooking facilities are provided for students wanting more independence and are happy to prepare their own meals:

Other Options
Private rental: There are two styles of private rental properties: shared and single.
Occupants of shared accommodation usually divide household expenses such as telephone and electricity. UOW Accommodation Services can help students seeking private accommodation, and holds a database of available properties.
Approximate weekly rent:
- Unfurnished room: $120-170
- Furnished room: $135-$210
- Unfurnished apartment: $200-$350
- Unfurnished house: $300-$450
