Your Offer of Admission letter is official notification that you have been offered a place at the University of Wollongong (UOW). Your letter contains important information about your program of study and conditions that may apply to your offer.
Student ID
Your 7-digit Student Identification Number is in the top-left corner of your letter. Please quote this number in all correspondence.
Conditions
Your letter may contain conditions – such as meeting UOW’s English language requirements – which must be cleared before accepting your offer.
Acceptance
To accept your offer, you need to complete the Offer Acceptance and Payment Advice form attached to your Offer of Admission letter (Attachment A) and return it with the total fee payable, as quoted in your letter. Accept & Pay
Payment
The ‘fees payable’ include tuition fees for your first session of study and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC).
Payment can be made by credit card or a bank draft drawn in Australian dollars. Please ensure payment is made as early as possible to allow sufficient time for visa processing, as this can take up to three months.
Confirmation of Enrolment
When you have met the conditions of your offer, completed the pre-visa assessment (if applicable) and paid the fees quoted, an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) will be emailed to you.
