Sydney Business School tailors professional development programs to suit your business needs, covering communications, organisational skills, career-related issues and management – or a combination.

Infrastructure

Short courses and professional development courses will be run for external infrastructure professionals through the Simulation, Modelling and Analysis for Research and Teaching (SMART) institute. The courses will ensure that existing graduates are able to develop multi-disciplinary and advanced skills that can be translated into industry.

Maritime Law

Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources and Security (ANCORS) is a centre of excellence in oceans governance and maritime security knowledge. ANCORS offers intensive professional development courses on maritime regulation and enforcement, law of the sea and fisheries law.

Transnational Crime Prevention

The Centre for Transnational Crime Prevention (CTCP) focuses on responses to, and prevention of, organised criminal activities that impact on regional and global security, including narcotics production, trafficking of firearms and people smuggling, terrorism, fraud and money laundering, corruption, and cybercrime, along with issues in intelligence-led policing, capacity- building and transnational policing. CTCP offers a number of Masters and Graduate certificate programs.
