The Vice Chancellor’s Office at the University of Wollongong has been a generous monetary sponsor since the teams beginning in 2001. The University has also provided the team with use of a number of facilities including the Engineering workshop and innovation centre, initiating a number of team sponsorships, and providing unconditional support in the form of technical assistance and mentoring from the faculty of engineering.

Presidential Wealth Management:

Presidential Wealth Management has recently joined the UOW FSAE team. PWM provided the remaining funding required towards the end of the 2008 campaign including the 2008 competition costs. Peter Hanbury has generously donated funds to a number of UOW FSAE campaigns. Oran Park Raceway has kindly provided the team with free use of their skidpad since 2002. This service has been crucial for driver training, testing and development and the large area and competition representative surface is a great place to prepare for the competition.
