Radiation Therapy
A major part of out research is related to IMRT quality assurance, dose verification and the improvement of treatment planning. We are investigating the application of MOSFET detectors for online dosimetry of 6-18 MeV X-ray fields.
We are also developing instrumentation for hadron therapy, including: micro, MOSFET and PIN diode dosimeters for Fast Neutron Therapy, Boron Neutron Capture Therapy and Proton Therapy applications.
