Bluescope Steel Pty Ltd offers generous cadetships and scholarships for students undertaking a Bachelor of Engineering (Materials) degree. Students combine study with on-the-job training in various parts of the integrated steelworks in Port Kembla.
Scholarships
The Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy are offering scholarships to Materials students.
There are two, two year scholarships worth $15000 per year and eighteen two year scholarships at $7000 per year.
The closing date for applications is the 15th of November 2004.
