2009-2010 Summer Vacation Research Scholarships
The Faculty is offering up to five Summer Vacation Research Scholarships to students who fulfill the following requirements.
Eligibility
- Students must be enrolled in a course of study at the University of Wollongong, which can lead to an Honours or higher research qualification.
- Students must be Australian citizens or permanent residents of Australia.
- Students must have completed a minimum of 3 years of an undergraduate degree at a standard acceptable (WAM of 75+) for admission to an Honours course and be planning to apply for Honours in 2010, or completed an Honours degree and applied for a higher degree research program within the faculty in 2010.
Aim
The aim of the scheme is to attract prospective higher degree research students to the University of Wollongong by providing them with research experience in an area of interest.
