Tentative Program Schedule

Costing: About AUD 2400 which includes the following:

Economy airfare (SYDNEY-PENANG-SYDNEY)

Accommodation at both the hotels (includes breakfasts)

Transport

Penang International Airport to Berjaya Hotel and back

Berjaya Hotel to Park Royal Beach Hotel and back

Berjaya Hotel to Annalakshmi and back

Transport to schools and back

Official Dinner

Day Routine

A typical school day will commence at about 7.30 am and finish at 1.30 pm. There will be lunch and tea breaks. On Fridays, schools close at 12.30 pm.

Alternative Plans

We are thinking about leaving earlier than 25th June so that students could spend time holidaying in other parts of Malaysia/Asia before joining us for the OSPEX. But this is subject to further discussion and approval.

Please indicate if you are interested in taking up this option when you make contact with us. If so, clearly indicate, when you might wish to leave Sydney.

Visa requirement

Australian and Canadian passport holders do not require visa for entry into Malaysia for up to 3 months.

Contact us Early

Students who are interested in the program need to contact Pauline and/or my self as early as possible, preferably by early February 2010. This will allow us more time to organise the host schools in Penang, and more importantly, get better airfares, transport and hotel rates.
