SunRay Computer Lab

In Conjunction with the Curriculum Resources Centre the Faculty has established the SunRay(*) Computer Lab in Bld22 Rm101 which is a room off the main CRC. This lab contains 14 Apple eMac computers and they have access to a range of applications which include:

  • Microsoft Office
    • Word
    • Excel
    • Powerpoint
  • Web Browsers
    • Safari
    • Firefox
  • Apple iApps
    • GarageBand
    • iDVD
    • iMovie
    • iPhoto
    • iTunes
    • iWeb

Scanners are available from the CRC counter and can be used on any of the eMacs.
Printing is also available via the copy card printers in the main CRC.

When not in use for teaching purposes the SunRay lab is available for general student use during the CRC hours of operation. You are encouraged to make use of this resource for your classes and to make it known to your students.

Sessional bookings for the SunRay lab can be made though Jodie Douglas in the SSC as per standard room allocation for subjects. Casual bookings can be made through the bookings page at http://www.uow.edu.au/educ/staff/roombookings/index.html
