Future leaders need to be even more competent, enthusiastic, optimistic, and versatile. They must be attuned to the future; possess knowledge about current issues, accountabilities, and dilemmas confronting their workplaces; and be capable of leading and managing change and creating opportunities for improvement and renewal.
