QUALTEL
QUALITY TEACHING AND EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP
This research group brings together Faculty of Education academic
staff, postgraduate research students, and educators from other
universities, educational systems and professional associations.
QUALTEL overarching aim is to research, disseminate and influence
best practice in the following broad areas:
- Educational Leadership
- Quality Teaching
- Professional Experience
- Professional Development
- Teachers’ work and lives
Productive partnerships with other educational organizations through
collaborative research is a key strategy to fulfil the broad aim
for the research group.
It is acknowledged that the Faculty has a strong record and presence
in and across these areas. The Quality Teaching and Educational
Leadership Research Group brings together and creates a critical
mass of researchers and research, and provides the foundation and
focus to extend this work.
Membership of the group is not mutually exclusive with membership
of any other research group or concentration.
