Modular Professional Development Courses

At the end of 2002, the Advisory Committee recommended that modular professional development courses be developed in 2003 for offer 2004. Subsequently, the stakeholders recommended that 14 modules be developed. This list was distributed to the stakeholders and on the basis of their recommendations, six were given the highest priority. These are:

  • Leading Teaching and Learning for Quality outcomes
  • Leadership for Behaviour and Culture
  • Leadership Change and School Improvement
  • Learning and Managing People
  • Learning abut Mentoring
  • Leadership in the Context

Three of these modules are currently being piloted.
