Interdisciplinary Specialisation
This new program provides the opportunity for students in the Master of Education program to combine studies in a number of the specialist areas above, and also to explore issues in the foundation areas of Educational Psychology and Sociology.
Subjects can also be combined in a 24cp Graduate Certificate in Interdisciplinary Studies which can be used as a pathway for entry into the MEd for students who do not have the four year teaching degree required for Masters entry.
These subjects may form a major study in a Master of Education program, and are also available to students from any major area of study as elective subjects to complement the major area of study. All subjects in this specialisation are delivered to comply with the Federal Government National Code requirements for international students (ie at least 75% face-to-face delivery).
