Professor Tom Reeves from the Department of Educational Psychology and Instructional Technology at the University of Georgia gave a stimulating RILE presentation on the emergence of Digital libraries.  These libraries are organized collections of information resources and associated tools for creating, archiving, sharing, searching, and using information that can be accessed electronically.
