If there is a problem with information in a subject or you don't understand the content of the subject: contact the subject co-ordinator/lecturer who is responsible for the subject, or your tutor.

If you are having technical problems using Janison, or it's displaying strange error messages that you can't decipher: contact the Faculty's Janison support team via janison_support@uow.edu.au. Please provide your username, the subject code you are accessing, the page name that has the problem, what web browser you are using, and operating system (Windows, Mac)
