Visual Arts and Graphic Design & New Media Graduation Exhibition
GRAD SHOW SUCCESS
The 17th November saw a very successful launch to The Faculty of Creative Arts, Visual Arts & Graphic Design GRADUATION SHOW for 2006.
The exhibition titled "Who is Mark?" opened to a huge crowd answering the question that had been on everyones mind for months - who exactly is Mark?! ...'They' are the 90+ graduating students who participated in the exhibition showcasing the Illawarra’s brightest young artists and designers who will go on to make their mark in the creative world.
The dynamic exhibit featured an eclectic range of material from graduating third year students in an exclusive preview from the future leaders of creative industry. Each individual’s work represented their own unique mark and was an initiative to share ideas with the local community and showcase the diversity and talent of the graduating students.
This vast collection of works included painting, sculpture, textiles, graphic design, photography, new media, motion graphics, animation, web design, advertising, magazine, installations, tattoos, lighting and T-shirts.
Displayed from 17 November to 8 December 2006 in the Faculty of Creative Arts Building, 25. Opening by Kate Bezar - editor and publisher of 'Dumbo Feather, pass it on.'
