He presents this collection of artworks by the students of Keira High
From the curator The journey of life can lead in many directions, and can be inspired, influenced and remoulded by life experiences. This exhibition is dedicated to and inspired by the staff and the students of Keira High School. I was given the opportunity to witness a positive and productive school environment where learning focused on student independence and teamwork that allowed the students to take responsibility for their decision-making. During my time at Keira High School I was fortunate to teach visual arts, take part in sporting activities, excursions, walk the hallways and playground areas. The future of the students and our future is looking bright as I witnessed creativity, intelligence, focus, leadership, courage, honesty, integrity, respect, discipline, passion, and the students willingness to learn new things.
These collections of artworks capture the vibrant diversity of students within the school.
I commend Keira High staff and students on all the high acts as taking action and responsibility is the only way we can make a difference towards the journey of life. Gerardo Guevara
