To celebrate the launch of two very special CD's by bands A Slow Rip and The Dead Sea, 1/4_inch will be hosting one of the biggest events it has planned all year.

1/4_inch is a monthly series of events that showcase a variety of Australia’s emerging and established sound and audiovisual artists. The events are curated by Aaron Hull, MA-R candidate in Music Performance with the School of Music and Drama, Faculty of Creative Arts at UOW.
1/4_Inch have an established record of hosting creative evenings to showcase new directions in audio and visual performance. This platform for emerging artists provides a unique forum for people of all ages to experience the innovations being developed in both conventional and experimental forms of music using laptops, acoustic instruments, surround-sound and digital visual media.
