Bachelor of Performance Audition/ Interview Requirements

Entry into the Bachelor of Performance is highly competitive. Acting and Performance-Making applicants must attend an on-campus audition, while Technical Theatre applicants are required to attend an interview. These face-to-face meeting will give applicants the opportunity to demonstrate their talents and potential to benefit from the course. 

In addition to applying (see How to Apply) all Bachelor of Performance applicants must submit a Registration Form (below).

Offers and Outcomes

UAC Applicants (currently completing HSC)
Offers will be made during main round and subsequent rounds through UAC. Please refer to the UAC website for more information and dates.

Direct to UOW Applicants (non-HSC)
Applicants can expect to receive notification by mid to late January. Notification will be sent to the email address you nominated on your application.

Transfer Applicants (current UOW students)
Applicants will not receive notification of the outcome of their application until early February. Therefore, in order to retain your place at UOW and to avoid Late Re-Enrolment Charges (in the event that you are not successful in gaining entry to the Faculty of Creative Arts) you are advised to re-enrol in your current program of study by the required date. If your transfer application is successful you will be advised about procedures for amending your course and subject enrolment.
