Are you interested in the creative possibilities of new media?  Do you want to be a film-maker, animator, artist or interactive designer?

The Bachelor of Digital Media (BDM) provides a challenging project-based learning environment for you to develop relevant experience, understanding and skills in the rapidly expanding field of creative new media.  It combines industry-relevant studio experience with an experimental and analytical approach.

Taught in collaboration with the TAFE NSW Illawarra Institute, students gain an enhanced learning experience through working in dedicated film studios, animation and computer labs, as well as specialised exhibition and editing suites, all located in a new state of the art Digital Media Centre at UOW’s Innovation Campus in North Wollongong. On completion of the course, students are awarded both a Bachelor Degree from UOW and an Advanced Diploma from TAFE.
