Internship / Work Experience Documents
Students undertaking an internship or work experience as part of their studies must complete the following and return all documents to Creative Arts Central for processing. Please allow at least one week for the UOW Finance department to send insurance details to the organisation.

This form must be completed in full and signed by your Program Convenor (JOUR312 students refer to checklist). Please pay special attention to the placement dates as this is the period you will be covered by UOW insurance. | |
Read the Code and sign the Student Acknowledgement Form. | |
Complete Module 1 and print out the completion certificate. | |
