Each day has the same structure - 2 plenary papers before morning tea and one after lunch, one oral session after morning tea and two in the afternoon. There are no parallel oral sessions. Posters will be displayed for the whole conference and each presenter will be asked to nominate at least one session on Wednesday or Thursday when they will attend their poster for discussion.

Registration:
Registration will open at 4pm on Tuesday 25th September, in building 20, UoW Campus (see map
(link)). A welcome reception with drinks and finger food will kick off at 5 pm.

Social Program
The ACOVS conferences are distinguished by their informal atmosphere and good mix-and-meet oppurtunities. There will be mixers/receptions at registration (Tuesday) and on Wednesday evening, lunches and the conference dinner on Thursday are all included in registration. Wollongong University has a beautiful campus nestled beneath the Illawarra Escarpment with good access to coast and beaches, bush, the Blue Mountains, and Sydney. So plan for to stay for the weekend! |
