Information for Sponsors

Trade Display Sponsorship

Location

The trade display will take place in the foyer of building 67, the McKinnon building.

Time

The trade display will be open for delegates to visit during morning tea (10.30-11.00am) and lunch (12.30-1.30pm) each day.  All food and drinks during these mealtimes will be served in the trade display area.

Sponsors should be set up by the time morning tea begins on the first day.

Parking

The nearest parking available for sponsors is either the western or south-western carpark.  Please see the UOW parking website for important information about parking: http://www.uow.edu.au/about/parking/

Area allocation

Each trade display sponsor will have an area in the trade display area, and will be provided with:

• 1 x 1.8m table
• 2 x chairs
• 2 x pinboards/dividers (to display posters)
• one 4-socket powerboard (with power)

Sponsors will be offered their choice of spaces on a first-come, first-served basis after payment is received.  You will be contacted directly in regards to selecting your position.

A nearby room will be available where your goods can be securely stored overnight if you will be in attendance for two days.

To take advantage of the full conference, all signage to be displayed must be received by the tech Net committee by Friday, 28th November.
