Information about sponsoring

For the chemical industry and scientific recruitment agencies, the conference is an excellent opportunity to make an impact on Australian chemistry students. Companies can showcase their products and services to current research students, in addition to promoting the exciting opportunities within the chemical industry, which will assist them when they have graduated!

RACI promotes this conference to stimulate young researchers to present their research in a friendly and encouraging environment. It offers them the opportunity of national exposure for their research, aiding them to build a researcher profile, network with other postgraduate students and early career researchers, and better understand the resources offered by Australian universities and companies.

The conference and its organisation depends on external sponsorship, as no registration fees are charged to delegates.

Sponsorship Levels
Level One - $500
Logo on conference website (linked to sponsor's own website)
Logo in conference proceedings
2 ' A4 flyers in conference satchel
Space for promotional materials to be displayed at conference venue
Opportunity for a company representative to attend

Level Two - $750
All benefits of level one sponsorship plus:

Opportunity for a trade display
Unlimited attendance by company representatives

Level Three - $1000
All benefits of level one and two sponsorship plus:

Potential to hold a social event or presentation session in the sponsor's name (e.g. conference dinner, poster session, etc)
or
Presentation of a prize to excellent student presentations in a particular field in sponsor's name (e.g. 2004 Baseline Separations chromatography prize)

Customised sponsorship
Other forms of sponsorship, such as in-kind donations or other monetary amounts not listed are also appreciated, and promotional opportunities can be arranged on an individual basis. Please contact us with your decision ASAP.
