Welcome to the University of Wollongong’s People and Organisation Research Centre, a Node of the Social Innovation Network (SInet).

Our vision is to benefit society through innovative, high quality research into people and organisation. Our researchers are drawn from disciplines including human resource management, industrial relations, sociology, management and marketing, and labour economics.

As a multi-disciplinary team, we collaborate through the Centre on projects that focus on the relationship between people and a diverse array of organizations, from small businesses to international agencies.

The Centre’s focus is “emergence, change and precarious systems”, recognising that our research is often carried out in dynamic and uncertain environments, and within organisations that must be adaptable, flexible and forward-thinking to survive.
