Background
Zeenobiyah commenced doctoral study at the University of Newcastle in 2004, after completing a Masters in Commerce Degree at The University of Auckland, New Zealand. Her doctoral research examines the quality of working life in the Australia call centre industry. She is currently researching and publishing in the areas of human resources practices and people management in the call centre industry, the experiences of workers in non-standard and precarious working arrangements, the quality of working life, managing diversity, and occupational health and safety in the services sector.
