In 2001, after completing her studies at Newcastle, Australia, Anne started her doctoral study at the HRM Department, De Montfort University, the United Kingdom. She wrote a thesis on the transfer of IR/HR policies and practices across borders. She was awarded a doctoral degree in 2004. Anne have taught in 'Change and Innovation at Workplace' at the De Montfort University, the UK and 'Human Resources Management' at The University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She researches and publishes in the areas of international and comparative HRM, focusing on Asian countries, the transfer of multinational companies' IR/HRM policies and practices across borders and the transformation of HR systems in developing countries.
