Christa is currently undertaking her PhD in the area of public service performance appraisal and its effect on culture.

Background

Christa comes to the University following over 11 years experience in the federal public service, including a period as Human Resource Consultant. She has been a tutor at the Shoalhaven Campus of the University since 1999, and is currently undertaking her PhD studies in the School of Management and Marketing.
