Michael is currently undertaking his PhD studies in Organisational Silence: Two Scandal Cases.
Before joining the University of Wollongong, Michael worked for over 34 years in local government, with over 25 years experience as a manager in that area. He brings the experience he gained both in local government and the not-for-profit government sector into academia. Michael works on a part-time basis as a manager at Centacare Wollongong.
