Prior to joining the University of Wollongong in 1997, Andrew Sense held senior managerial manufacturing positions (e.g. Manufacturing manager, Project manager and Production manager) and was responsible for leading major socio-technical change processes within the local manufacturing operations of a number of multinational organizations.
