Management is the art and science of planning, coordinating and leading group efforts in order to achieve organisational goals. The subjects enable the opportunity to develop a theoretical and practical understanding of thecomplexities involved in management, and develops student skills in working with human, organisational and technical systems within an organisation. Develop skills in decision-making, conflict resolution, administration, communication and project management.

The discipline is supportive of the student body, 'The M & M Society' that seeks to provide vocational, academic and of course, social activities to students in the Management and Marketing disciplines.
