About the Management Discipline

The Management Discipline offers a range of full-time and part-time programs to prepare students for organisational leadership in a challenging world. You will learn about the world of business and management and develop the skills needed to be a successful manager.

Our dynamic group of academic staff bring together a wealth of experience from across the world. The Discipline has grown considerably in recent years and has developed strengths in a number of areas:

• Strategy and operations
• Organisational studies
• Human resource management
• Principles of supply chain management
  

The Management Discipline is part of the Faculty of Commerce and our undergraduate programs offer four majors within the Bachelor of Commerce degree: management, international business, human resource management, and supply chain management. Minors in these disciplines as well as electronic commerce are also available.

The growing number of postgraduate research students in the Discipline confirms the University's reputation for excellence in research and scholarship. In addition our staff are involved in several disciplines and cross-faculty research programs.
