Geoffrey is working towards his DBA in the area of value based marketing.
Research Interests
Has conducted research into the "state of the art" of competitive intelligence in Australia and, more recently into the connection between organisational ethics, culture and business performance. Geoffrey's current research interests are social marketing, marketing ethics and issues affecting older people.
Background
Prior to moving into academia Geoffrey worked as a business development consultant and prior to that worked in the leasing and finance industry for over thirty years. He has gained considerable practical experience in international business, marketing research, competitive intelligence, strategic planning, sales and marketing management, mergers and acquisitions, management of organisational change and general management.
Geoffrey is a Fellow and Certified Practicing Marketer with the Australian Marketing Institute, he is a Fellow of the Australian Sales & Marketing Institute and a visiting Fellow of the International Marketing Institute of Australia.
