Greg is currently undertaking a DBA, with his research focusing on brand management of towns and cities in New South Wales.
Background
Greg Kerr has extensive senior management experience in local government and more recently in business development. He was a Director of Tourism Wollongong and Tweed Tourism and Vice-President of the Murwillumbah Chamber of Commerce. He has contributed to a number of tourism studies throughout New South Wales and has recently completed a paper titled "Tourism Re-thought".
Greg is regularly invited to be a guest speaker to councils, community groups and local government associations. He liaises with the Australia Day Council of NSW and is the Event Coordinator for the City of Wollongong Australia Day celebrations. Greg is an adviser to local communities relative to location branding, a consultant for the NSW Department of State and Regional Development, and a consultant judge/assessor for the Keep Australia Beautiful Council of NSW.
