CRITERIA

Joint Law/Marketing Undergraduate Prize

$500 2005 Recipient - Melanie Locke and James Wyatt
2004 Recipient - Krystyn Baxter
The award shall be open to candidates from the double degree Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws with a single major in Marketing. It shall be awarded to the candidate who has completed the BCom/BLaws within the previous twelve months of the academic year and has the highest weighted average mark (WAM) for the subjects comprising the major. A candidate who has failed a required subject for this major is not eligible. The prize will be awarded only if there is a candidate of sufficient merit. In the event of a tie, the prize money will be shared.
   
Introduction to Marketing Excellence Prize $250 2008 Recipient - Reema Barri The award shall be open to an outstanding student, from any faculty, who successfully completes MARK101 Marketing Principles in a given academic year. In the event of a tie the prize money will be shared.
 
IRIS Marketing Research Prize $250 2008 Recipients - Rebecca Lake and Jamie Wellard
2007 Recipient - Tanya Livermore
 
2006 Recipient - James Colin Bishop
2005 Recipient - Ashley Moore
2004 Recipient - Sheree Morrison
2003 Recipient - Helen Bugg
The award shall be open to candidates for the degree of Bachelor of Commerce. The prize shall be awarded to the student who achieves the highest mark in either MARK201 Applied Marketing Research A or MARK202 Applied Marketing Research B in any one year. The prize will be awarded only if there is a candidate of sufficient merit.
 

Tourism Wollongong Excellence Prize

$250

2008 Recipient - Paris Chresby
2007 Recipient - Ashleigh Klages and Andrew Rowe
The award shall be open to an outstanding student, from any faculty, who successfully completes MARK395 Tourism Marketing in a given academic year. In the event of a tie, the prize money will be shared.
   
PDMA Excellence Prize       $250 2008 Recipients -  Lauren Goodman and Sarah Hogarty
2007 Recipient - Adrian Buck, Sheree Gladman, Shannon Rootsey, Alexander Stojanovski, Emma Wade and Kristy Wragg
The award shall be open to an outstanding student, from any faculty, who successfully completes MARK356 Creating and Marketing New Products in a given academic year. In the event of a tie, the prize money will be shared. 
       
Services Marketing Prize      $250 2008 Recipient - Clifford Lewis The award shall be open to any student who successfully completes MARK270 Services Marketing in a given academic year. In the event of a tie, the prize money will be shared.
