About Early Entry
Imagine being rewarded for your hard work at school before you even sit the HSC. The Commerce Early Entry program does exactly that – it allows you the chance to apply and be selected for entry into a Commerce degree at UOW before sitting the HSC.
You will be assessed based on your academic performance in your Trial HSC exams. If you are successful you will receive either a guaranteed offer or an offer conditional upon other criteria such as an interview.

Degrees Offered
- Bachelor of Commerce (Batemans Bay, Bega, Moss Vale, Shoalhaven and Wollongong)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (Batemans Bay, Bega, Loftus, Moss Vale, Shoalhaven and Wollongong)
Double Degrees
If you are applying for Early Entry into a double degree with Commerce as one of your choices, you do not need to register with the Faculty of Commerce.
If you receive an Early Entry offer from another faculty at UOW, Commerce will also accept you.
Time Line for Early Entry Applications in Commerce
- Open 1 July 2008
- Close 23 September 2008
- Trial HSC results to be supplied online by 26 September 2008
- Trial HSC results to be mailed to Early Entry Co-ordinator by 10 October 2008
