STUDENT GRIEVANCE PROCESS FOR AN APPEAL AGAINST A DECISION OR ACTION AFFECTING YOUR ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE AND/OR ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE The Staff of the Faculty understand that from time to time you may have a grievance concerning assessable work or any other type of decision or action of a staff member that you are unable to resolve with that person on an informal basis. In recognition of this situation, we have provided you with a process for determination of your grievance that takes into account our commitment to deal with such matters fairly and equitably. You must lodge any appeal/grievance within 10 days of the release of the mark for the assessable work or the decision or action about which you are complaining. If you wish to proceed with this process, you should download the 'Faculty of Commerce Student Grievance Appeal Form' by clicking here.
