The animation was completed by CEDIR's Flash Animator, Sandy Houston, project managed by Toni Southwell and learning designed by Russ Pennell. It ran for a six month period.
The project was aimed at first year level commerce students and was to visually present the complicated concept of a successful economy. Eduardo and the faculty of Commerce are very pleased with the result.

Educational Strategies Development Fund (ESDF)
A strategic development fund for teaching and learning was established by the University Education Committee in late 1994 using funds from the first Quality round. The University has supported the continuation of this initiative through the annual allocation of funding for Educational Strategic development.
The fund provides support for educational developments in keeping with the Learning and Teaching Strategic Plan. To this end the emphasis is on strategic value to the Faculty and the University and funding decisions are based as much on judgements about this (usually in consultation with the relevant Dean) as on the intrinsic merit of the proposal.
This website developed for CCS357 TV Cultures course in the Arts Faculty lets students share their research data with other students and write a report that utilises the collected data from the entire class. The students must utlise the ReMoTe website to complete their assessment tasks for the subject.
