Teacher Evaluation Questions
Teacher Evaluations are administered via paper based forms that are provided by CEDIR when you request a Teacher Evaluation. The evaluation consists of a student questionnaire with scaled statements and a feedback form for free text responses.

Student Questionnaires
The scale for theses statements is: Strongly Agree, Agree, Mildly Agree, Mildly Disagree, Disagree, Strongly Disagree and Unable to Judge/Not Applicable.
The following 14 questions are for lecture and tutorial classes:
- This teacher is well prepared for the subject.
- This teacher communicates the subject matter clearly.
- This teacher organises the subject matter well.
- This teacher presents an appropriate amount of material for the time available.
- This teacher stimulates me to think about the subject.
- This teacher appears to be interested in assisting me to learn.
- This teacher is helpful in responding to questions or problems.
- Because of this teacher I have felt enthusiastic about studying this subject.
- Following questions to be completed only for small classes of 30 or fewer students.
- This teacher encouraged me to interact with other students.
- This teacher organised learning activities for effective and efficient use of time.
- This teacher encouraged participation in discussion and collaborative activities.
- Following questions students to mark as 'Not Applicable' if the teacher does not mark their work.
- Assignments marked by this teacher have been returned within a reasonable time frame.
- Feedback on assignments marked by this teacher has been helpful.
- This teacher has been available to discuss problems and questions relating to my assignments or examinations.
The following 22 questions are for practical/clinical classes:

- This teacher had appropriate expectations of my practical skills.
- This teacher provided helpful feedback on my skills.
- I felt that I could approach this teacher if I was having problems in a particular area.
- Activities/tasks undertaken in this teacher's practical/clinical classes are worthwhile learning experiences.
- This teacher took adequate precautions to ensure the safety of students and others in practical/clinical classes.
