Supporting a Learning Community

A 3 day conference for University of Wollongong staff
and other interested educators on:
Innovations and Research in Educational Technologies.
The aim of the conference was to celebrate the scholarship of teaching and learning. It offered information and inspiration for using technology as powerful tools for learning, and demonstrated the many forms of innovative technology that are available for teachers to build community. It also offered opportunities to teachers/scholars to share the results of their research.
The conference featured three keynote speakers, Mr Tom March and Professor Ron Oliver, Professor Farzad Safaei, refereed and non-refereed papers, symposiums, panels and workshops. The conference also incorporated the UOW Spotlight on Learning and Teaching poster session celebrating the innovative pedagogy of academics at the University of Wollongong.
