Certificate in Global Workplace Practice (CGWP)

The Certificate in Global Workplace Practice is a program to help International Students:

  • Understand the culture of Australian and international employers and workmates and how best to work with them
  • Understand the Australian job search process and how best to look for and obtain a job in Australia
  • Seek work experience placements with employers in Sydney and the Illawarra region
  • Develop the English language skills necessary for Australian and international workplaces

CGWP is an intensive course running over 10 weeks and is free of charge. It is open to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. As spaces are limited, preference is given to postgraduate students.

The program includes two hours of seminars per week for one semester. CGWP is offered in both Autumn and Spring semesters. The course starts in Week 2 and finishes in Week 13.

Please note students must enrol in either Monday or Friday course. To be eligibleto enrol you must first complete the online registration. If you have already completed the online registration form you do not need to register a second time.
